We're Beinc, a creative design agency that specialises in branding, communications, and website. We’ve serviced all types of clients for over 25 years, from local startups to international brands. Common client sectors include health and wellness, ecommerce, personal brands, and professional services.

Our studio is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a motivated, switched-on Social Media Manager to join our team full-time, in-office.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage organic social media for our clients (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, with some LinkedIn and YouTube in the mix).
• Edit short-form Reels that actually get engagement, and static posts and carousels that look sharp and perform well.
• Guide clients on how to create the right raw content, then edit, caption, schedule and post it in line with their strategy.
• Communicate with clients, coordinate posts, and make sure everything stays on brand and on goal.
• Build strategies (content pillars, goals, frequency, schedules) that align with each client’s brand, and deliver the kind of social media content that gets noticed.
• Occasionally edit other types of video projects for our clients.
• Also: run and grow Beinc’s own socials with the same creativity and strategy we give our clients!

Tools you'll use

• Video editing software (we don’t mind if you prefer Premiere Pro, CapCut, or anything else — use what works best for you)
• Meta Business Suite (for Meta Analytics and scheduling)
• Metricool (for scheduling and posting)
